lisa was in town for a few weeks so i wasn’t spending too much time on the computer. holmes is back in manchester and i’m left with too much time on my hands. posts to follow.

jeff and i ran the “big” mission bay loop – phrase most often heard during the run: “keep it chill, man”
nice little downtown run. saw some cool neighborhoods i’d never checked out before and ran over two awesome urban jungle bridges…
almost a half marathon here. just returned from this one. kind of boring “there and back.” need to find some better long urban runs.

another way the iphone is proving itself indispensable. just downloaded run keeper, bought an arm band and now i can track my progress towards the marathon. just over two months left to go!
big weekend run last sunday. ran out of room in downtown san diego! increasing to 12 this sunday.
stats for the ten miler. got to go faster!
