running, running, running

jeff and i ran the “big” mission bay loop – phrase most often heard during the run: “keep it chill, man”
nice little downtown run. saw some cool neighborhoods i’d never checked out before and ran over two awesome urban jungle bridges…
almost a half marathon here. just returned from this one. kind of boring “there and back.” need to find some better long urban runs.
