more sakura viewing. this time in shinjuku park. yoyogi is wild, shinjuku more subdued. hanging out in the tokyo city parks at spring time will be one of my fondest memories of my time in japan. an entirely unique scene.

obama, japan.

i landed in japan April 5th, 2007. how time flies. this adventure will soon come to an end. i need to collect my thoughts.

met up with toni in yoyogi park. we kicked it with leslie et. al on their piece of property beneath the cherry trees. hanami is serious! the park was a patchwork of tarps and blankets. everyone drinking, eating, partying and celebrating the cherry blossom and the coming of spring.
